Red and Teal Blue Brick Coin Butta

The Body: One half is draped in a warm Brick Red hue, intricately woven with a repeating pattern of delicate Coin Butta (Chakra) and square lattice motifs in white and contrasting thread. The other half transitions into a deep, mesmerizing Teal Blue, accented by vertical stripes and buttis in rich copper and gold-toned threads.

The Pallu & Border: The broad, contrasting border, shared by both sections, is intricately woven with traditional temple and geometric patterns. The large, heavy pallu on the Teal Blue side is a masterpiece of vertical bands, floral vines, and large, stunning Peacock (Mayil) or geometric woven accents, showcasing the weaver’s mastery.
